JESSE SPUND
Chief Executive Officer
Jesse’s professional real estate career began in 2014, sourcing off-market residential real estate deals for local investors in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. As his real estate business continued to grow, he started flipping single family homes as well acquiring properties to hold in his rental portfolio. Over the course of 7 years, Jesse has been involved in over 375 transactions which has led him to develop exceptional skills related to underwriting, deal negotiation, property disposition, and project management. Jesse is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland.

STEVE SPUND
Director of Project Management
Steve joined Venture Realty Partners in the Spring of 2019, bringing with him over 35 years of Management experience. Owning and operating a large business with over 100 employees, Steve’s managerial experience has made the transition to project management seamless. Steve continues to find ways to refine his own skills while pushing the build team to finish projects with an attention to detail and in a timely manner. When not on the job site, Steve can be found on the golf course or spending time with his family.
